双金属板(带)复合轧制的分层厚度研究

摘    要:通过对铝锡20铜—钢双金属板(带)复合轧制的试验研究,在大量试验数据的基础上,得出了特定轧制条件下的轧后层厚比与原始机械性能比之间的关系式,并进一步探讨了轧后层厚比与原始厚比及机械性能比之间的关系。在结合武钢辉宝复合材料有限公司复合轧制工艺特点的基础上,解决了实际生产过程最终成品分层厚度预报。

Abstract:The post-rolling relation between the delamination thickness ratio and original mechanical property ratio under the specific rolling conditions has been obtained and their relationship discussed on the basis of a large quantity of the experimental data taken from a series experiments by rolling AlSn20Cu steel composite metal plate (strip). As the results the problem concerning the prediction of the delamination thickness of the finishing products has been solved in the practical production in light of the characteristics of rolling process for the composite metal plate (strip) in WISCO STABLE BIMETAL CO.LTD.
