阻燃抗滴落PA6纤维的性能研究

摘    要:采用聚合方法制备抗滴落PA6切片,添加阻燃剂共混纺丝得到阻燃抗滴落PA6纤维。用差示扫描量热法、X射线衍射、透射电镜、极限氧指数法等方法对所得产物的热性能、结晶结构、添加剂的分散性能、阻燃性能及力学性能等进行表征。结果表明,抗滴落剂的加入引起了PA6结晶行为的变化,由α晶型转变成α晶型与γ晶型共存;PA6的热稳定性得到了提高;添加剂在聚合物中分散较均匀,阻燃抗滴落PA6纤维的极限氧指数可达26.6%~28.6%,燃烧时产生的熔融滴落物明显减少。阻燃抗滴落PA6纤维的力学性能较PA6约降低10%。

Abstract:The anti-dripping PA6 chip was prepared by polymerization,blended with flame retardant and spun into flame-re- tardant and anti-dripping PA6 fiber.The thermal properties,crystalline structure,flame-retardancy and mechanical properties of the obtained fiber and the dispersion of additives were charactererized by differential scanning calorimetry,X-ray diffraction anal- ysis,transmission electron microscopy and limiting oxygen index method.The results showed that the incorporation of anti-drip- ping agent led to the transformation of PA6 crystallization behavior;theαcrystalline form was transformed into the combination ofαandγcrystalline forms;the thermal properties of PA6 was improved;the additives had a uniform dispersion in the polymer ma- trix,the limiting oxygen index of the flame-retardant and anti-dripping PA6 fiber can be in the range of 26.6%-28.6%,the dripping melt was considerably decreased while burning.The mechanical properties of the flame-retardant and anti-dripping PA6 fiber was decreased about 10% as compared with pure PA6.
