| Abstract: | The legal basis,backgrounds,principles and main contents of the Regulation on Demanding Certificates for Food of Catering Industry were described in order to correctly carry out.The propaganda and training on the regulation should be widely developed in China.Health administration departments should supervise the catering enterprises to build the systems of demanding certificates for food in order to improve the food safety of catering industry. |
