基于ANSYS和Pro/E的双圆弧齿轮模态和谐响应分析

摘    要:借助Pro/E强大的三维实体造型功能,精确地建立了复杂的双圆弧齿轮三维实体模型;同机配置ANSYS—Pro/E接口,将齿轮模型导入ANSYS中,形成相应的三维有限元模型;对齿轮进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得出前20阶固有频率、振型及加力点的位移时间历程结果曲线,为双圆弧齿轮的动态设计及残余应力振动时效工艺提供了有益的分析数据和方法。

Abstract:Making use of Pro/Engineer WildFire2.0 formidable three dimensional entity molding function can establishment accurately complex double arc gear three-dimensional model.It's with the computer disposition ANSYS-Pro/E connection.With turned the gear model to induct in ANSYS,it forms the corresponding three dimensional finite element model.With analysed modality and harmonic response of the gear,it gives the forth twenty steps'inherent frequency,the form of vibration and the result curve of displacement time course on the act on dot of the force.It provides the beneficial analyse data and method for dynamic design and time effect of vibration technology for eliminating body remains stress on double arc gear.
