溶液表面张力对金属材料腐蚀速率的影响

摘    要:采用JIC-1型润湿角测量仪、JZHY-180型界面张力仪,测得45钢,H62黄铜在不同浓度的NaCl水溶液的表面张力γ值;用失重法测试了上述材料在NaCl水溶液中的腐蚀速率。研究表明,在环境介质中表面张力与金属材料的腐蚀速率呈一定的反比例关系。表面张力也是影响金属腐蚀的一个不可忽略的因素。

Abstract:Interfacial tension 7 for carbon steel (0. 45%C) and H62 brass in NaCl aqueous solutions were measured using JJC-1 contact angle instrumentation and JZHY-180 interfacial tension instrument, and their corrosion rates were determined by weight lose method. The results showed that the effect of interfacial tension on the corrosion rate of metallic materials could not be ignored.
