摘    要:利用滑动摩擦系数测定装置测定了木塑复合材料常用物料--聚丙烯(PP)粒料、聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉料、木粉,以及不同质量比的PVC/木粉混合物在Q235钢板和不锈钢板上不同温度时的滑动摩擦角,计算出了相应的摩擦系数,分析了温度对塑料-金属的摩擦系数的影响.结果表明,PP粒料的摩擦系数小于PVC和木粉的摩擦系数;温度对PP粒...

Abstract:The measuring equipment of the sliding friction coefficient in the condition of changing temperature was used to measure the sliding friction angles of the raw materials in common use of wood plastic composite(WPC) such as PP granule,PVC powder,wood flour and the mixture of PVC and wood flours with different mass ratio on the Q235 steel plate and stainless steel plate in variable temperature,the friction coefficients of the corresponding raw materials were calculated and the effect of temperature on the friction between plastic and metal was analyzed.The results indicated that the friction coefficient of PP granule was smaller than the friction coefficient of PVC powder and wood folur.The effect of temperature on the friction coefficient of PP granule was little and the effect of temperature on the friction coefficient of PVC powder was great.The friction coefficient of PP granule on stainless steel plate was smaller than that on Q235 steel plate and the friction coefficient of PVC powder on steel plate was reverse,the friction coefficient discrepancy of wood flour on the two steel plates was slight.The highest temperature of the raw materials maintaining sliding friction and the best range of temperature to dry and convey the raw materials and the mixture of PVC and wood flours with different mass ratio were confirmed.
