摘    要:本文对M7130和MA7132两种卧轴矩台平面磨床的磨头结构作了对比,论述了装入式电机直接驱动磨头主轴系统产生振动的原因和改进措施。文中还就MA7132平面磨床磨设计的改进和试验效果,提出了应注意避免因风扇质量不平衡引起主轴振动的问题。

Abstract:In this paper the constructions of grinding machine of twosurface horizontal grinding machine tools M7130 and MA7132 are compared; thereason of the vibration caused by grinding head main spindle systems driven' directlyby built--in generators and the measures for decreasing the vibration are described.In this paper, the problem of the vibration of the main spindle caused by fansunbalanced in mass is also put forward, which should be paid attention to avoidingaccording to the improvement of the grinding head of surface grinding machine toolMA7132 and the effect of the test.
