摘    要:随着电力行业的重组,电力市场逐渐取代了原先受管制的垄断性的公用电力公司.因市场主体参与市场竞争而产生了对交易策略优化软件系统的迫切需求.尽管已对电力库和双边拍卖市场竞标策略作了大量的研究,对合约市场的关注却很少.由于合约市场协商是一个复杂的过程,涉及协商双方持续的信息交换和观点更新,很有必要将协商策略优化纳入到动态的协商过程中.作者的工作试图提供这样一个智能软件平台:在该系统中,协商过程由代表各自公司的智能体完成,智能体采用模糊控制遗传算法进行策略寻优.市场主体通过交互的方式介入智能体的协商过程.POS提供了智能体协商时的灵活通信机制.文章给出了智能体的设计结构和协商战略,阐述了系统的软件实现思路.

Abstract:With the reformation of electric power industrythe former regulated monopolistic public utilities of electricpower are gradually replaced by electricity markets, and theurgent requirement to the optimizing software system fortransaction strategy is put forward because the corpora ofmarkets participate in market competition. Although there are alot of achievements in the research of bidding strategy forpower pool and bilateral auction market, less attention is paidto the electricity contract market. The negotiation of contractmarket is a complicated process and involves to the continuousinformation exchange and viewpoint renewal of bothnegotiation sides, so it is necessary to bring the optimization ofnegotiation strategy into dynamic negotiation. For this purpose,the authors attempt to provide such an intelligent softwareplatform in which the negotiation process is implemented byagents representing respective companies and these agents usethe fuzzy control genetic algorithm to optimize the strategy. Bymeans of interactive mode the corpora of market interpose thenegotiation of the agents and the Operational Semantics (POS)provides a flexible communication mechanism for negotiationbetween agents. The authors give out the main structure and thenegotiation strategy and expound the thinking to realize theproposed intelligent software system.
