铝合金电镀的研究进展

摘    要:在电镀纯铝体系的基础上,详细阐述了铝合金镀层的分类、电解质体系的组成、工艺参数、镀层质量等,分析总结了铝合金镀层较纯铝镀层在耐蚀性、强度、硬度等性能方面的优势.展望了铝合金电镀的应用前景和发展方向.

Abstract:The classification, electrolytic composition and electroplating parameters for electroplating techniques of aluminum alloys are reviewed based on the pure aluminum electroplating system. And the corrosion resistance, strength and hardness of aluminum alloy coating are analyzed and summarized by comparing with pure aluminum coating. Finally the application prospects and the trends of development of aluminum alloy coatings are put forward.
