摘    要:在发电机组的停机检修过程中,汽轮机的金属冷却时间较长,一定程度上延长了发电机组的检修时间。神华国华浙江浙能发电有限公司B厂1000MW超超临界机组自2009年投运以来,经过不断的实践和摸索,总结出了机组滑停与快冷相配合的实践经验,取得了良好的效果,大大缩短了机组检修时间,有助于实现机组的精细化检修。

Abstract:Metal cooling time of the steam turbine is quite long during maintenance of generating units, which to some extent prolongs the maintenance work. Since the operation of 1 000 MW ultra supercritieal units of Plant B of Shenhua Guohua Zhejiang Zheneng Power Generation Co., Ltd. in 2009, experience in coordina- tion between sliding shut-down and fast-cooling is summarized by ceaseless practice and exploration, which achieves good effect, greatly shortens maintenance time and is helpful for lean maintenance of units.
