摘    要:在调度员培训仿真系统(DTS)中,继电保护仿真的准确性、时效性以及维护便利性是仿真系统重要的评估指标。当前主流的保护仿真有定值判断与逻辑判断两种技术思路,两者都具备各自的优势与不足,应用的情景也不尽相同。在华北要求多级调度、调控一体化仿真背景下,为确保培训系统保护仿真的时效性与准确性,文中对传统的单纯定值与逻辑判断进行改进,采用基于逻辑判断搜索的定值判断混合仿真技术。研究表明,该仿真技术适用面广、可靠性好,可满足DTS系统对多级电网调度调控仿真需求。

Abstract:In dispatcher training simulation system (DTS), accuracy, timeliness and convenience maintenance are important evaluation indexes of relay protection simulation. The current mainstream simulation of protection have two ways that are fixed value judgment and logic judgment, both have their advantages and disadvantages, and application scenarios are also different. Under the background of multistage scheduling and control integration simulation in China Northern Power Grid, which has particularly complicated network frame and protection control. In order to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of protection simulation training system, the paper brings to fixed value simulation technology with logic judgment. The research results show that the simulation technology have widely application and good reliability, which can adapt itself to requirements of protection in DTS system for grid simulation.
