摘    要:根据农网配电台区的运行特点,开发了低成本的智能监控系统。系统分为监控终端、监控主站以及通信与安全模块三部分。基于配电台区的设计规范开发了典型监控终端;考虑到农电所下辖配电台区的数量限制,适度降低了主站系统性能要求;通过公网降低通信成本,通过软硬件加密保障数据安全。在此基础上,总结了设备试运行的经验,讨论了改进与升级,加强了智能控制保护开关与监控终端的配合。研发的农网配电台区智能监控系统能够较好地实现农网配电台区自动化。

Abstract:Low cost intelligent monitoring system is developed on the basis of characteristic of rural grids distribution substation. The system separates into three parts. Monitoring terminal, master station and communicate - security module. Typical monitoring terminal is developed based on design standards of rural grids distribution substation. Moderate master system performance is adapt to the quantities limitation of rural distribution substations. public network is used to reduce communication cost. Data security is protected through software and hardware Encryption. On this basis, the test run experience is summarized. The improvement and promotion of monitoring system is discussed. The coordination is enhanced between monitoring terminal and intelligent control and protection switching. The test result shows that rural power grids distribution substation intelligent monitoring system can achieve rural grids automation.
