爆炸加载制备纳米晶铜实验研究

摘    要:采用爆炸动态加载使粗晶铜发生高应变率塑性大变形的方法制备出了纳米晶铜。分析了冲击飞板动能对铜的应变、晶粒细化程度的影响,初步讨论了爆炸加载下纳米晶铜的晶粒细化机制。结果表明:采用爆炸加载法可制备出纳米晶铜,晶粒度范围为26.1~31.4 nm;冲击动能和试验应变的增大更有利于晶粒细化;位错和孪生是晶粒得以细化的主要机制。

Abstract:By using the explosive loading on coarse-grain copper to make it generate severe plastic deformation at high stain rate,the nano-crystalline copper was prepared successfully.The effects of the kinetic energy of impact plate on the strain of copper and the degree of grain-refining were analyzed.The mechanism of grain-refining under the explosive loading was discussed primarily.The results show that the feasibility of the explosive loading method to prepare the nano-crystalline copper with the grains sized fr...
