摘    要:金属基蜂窝夹层板具有优越的性能,如比强度高、绝缘性、耐撞性、设计多样性等,在航空、航天、汽车、船舶等领域的应用研究引起国内外学者的重视,各国海军开展了大量的研究工作。基于舰船底部板架进行了蜂窝式夹层板概念设计,分析并提出了抵抗水下冲击波载荷的综合防护指标,并对三棱柱、四棱柱蜂窝夹层板结构进行正交试验优化分析及验证。研究表明,正交试验设计能有效的解决蜂窝式夹层板优化问题,试验指标是决定防护性能优化结果的关键因素,正交试验设计结论可用于指导舰船防护结构设计。

Abstract:The metal honeycomb sandwich panel has some excellent properties,such as higher specific strength,crashworthiness and multifunctional design,and can be extensively used in aeronautic,aerospace,automotive and marine industries.And the research departments of the Navy in many countries carried out a great deal of works on the application of the metal sandwich panel.It analyzed and put forward the underwater shock-resistant indexes,and the orthogonal tests verifications for the triangular prism and quadrangula...
