基于S7-300PLC和MCGS的RPC蒸汽养护控制系统的设计

摘    要:在RPC制品后期的养护过程中,是否能够实现对温度的精确控制对于RPC制品的性能有着很大的影响。根据RPC制品蒸汽养护的工艺要求,采用西门子S7-300 PLC和MCGS组态相结合的控制方案,在其养护过程中应用模糊PID控制算法实现对RPC蒸汽养护过程的精确控制,同时应用MCGS组态软件实现对生产过程中的现场监控、工艺修改、报表输出等功能。该控制系统在经过测验后,完全达到了设计要求。

Abstract:During the maintenance of the the latter stages of the reactive powder concrete maintenance, it is important for reactive powder concrete to control temperature. According to RPC product steam curing process requirements, applied the Siemens S7 -300 PLC and MCGS configuration combined control scheme. In the process of maintenance, the application of the fuzzy PID control algorithm for RPC steam curing precise controls the process. At the same time, the application MCGS configuration software to realize the process of production of site monitoring, process modification, report output, and other functions. After the test, the system has reached the design requirement.
