国企改革和脱困，是一个重大的经济、政治问题，认真探讨研究这个问题，对加速国企改革进程，具有积极的现实意义。本文就此问题结合本人在国企多年的实践，论述了国企改革的难点和对策。

THE DIFFICULTIES AND COUNTERMEASURES IN THE PRESENT REFORM OF STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES

As a great economic and political problem, the reform and extrication of the state-owned enterprises out of their dilemma of running in the red should be seriously and earnestly considered and discussed which are proactive and realistic to expedite the reform of the state-owned enterprises. The topic of this article, basing on years of my working practice in the stale-owned enterprises, expounds the reform difficulty and countermeasure.
