摘    要:基于Web技术的网络CAPP系统已经成为CAPP系统发展的必然趋势。针对电火花加工工艺的特殊性和复杂性,开发网络环境下的电火花加工工艺智能决策系统,对提高电火花加工工艺决策水平具有重要的促进作用。在分析网络工艺决策系统的实现原理的基础上,构造了基于3层B/S模式的电火花加工工艺网络智能决策系统,并在Linux Apache PHP MySQL环境下进行了系统软件的开发。系统运行结果表明,该系统能够很好地实现网络环境下的电火花加工工艺决策。

Abstract:Web-based network CAPP system has become the tendency of CAPP system's development. Due to the specialty and complexity of EDM process, the development of EDM technological intelligent decision system will be greatly beneficial for the improvement of EDM process. On the basis of the implementing principles of network technique decision system, this paper constructed an EDM technique net intelligent decision system based on 3-layer B/S model, and developed system software on the Linux+Apache+PHP+MySQL environment. The running results of the system proved that this system is quite capable of implementing EDM technological decision under network environments.
