摘    要:针对底层数控设备信息集成的需求,采用基于富互联网应用程序(RIA)技术设计开发了车间数控设备远程监控管理系统,详细介绍了系统的构成和关键技术。该系统使用串口服务器对车间底层数控机床进行联网,实现NC程序的远程传输、数控机床加工状态的实时监测、监测信息的分析利用,同时基于RIA系统架构实现基于Internet的远程访问。

Design of RIA-based Remote Monitoring and Management System for CNC
Abstract:According to the requirement of information integration for the CNC equipment, remote monitoring and management system for CNC based on rich internet application (RIA) is developed. The structure and key tech- nology of the system are introduced detailedly. Serial device server is used in this system to realize the networking of the CNC. The system achieves remote transmission of NC program, real-time monitoring of CNC processing state, a- nalysis and use of the collecting information, and remote access through the internet based on RIA structure.
