摘 要: | Web服务技术的广泛发展和应用为复杂的机械系统的远程故障诊断提供了一种新的解决方案。基于Web服务技术提出了一种新型的履带起重机远程故障诊断平台,介绍了平台的架构、主要组成模块,并对系统中的关键模块进行了详细的设计。系统实现了对分布故障数据的集成管理,可以在履带起重机行业中广泛采用。

Design of Integrated Architecture in Web Service-based Diagnosis System for Crawler Cranes |

Abstract: | The development and widespread application of the Web service technology offer a new solution for the fault diagnosis of complex heavy machinery systems such as crawler'cranes.In this paper,a new Web servicebased remote diagnosis system is proposed.The architecture of the WSRDS is formulated and the function of each module is described.The WSRDS effectively realizes the data integration among distributed enterprises of heterogeneous systems and greatly improves system reusability.It can be widely adopted in the crane industry in the future. |
