摘    要:建立了采用同步带传动的一体化单纵臂悬架轮边电驱动系统的模型,并设计了同步带传动的张紧机构。计算了单纵臂壳体在4种典型工况(垂向力最大工况、转向侧滑工况、驱动力最大工况、紧急制动工况)下的受力情况,并给出了其对应的应力和位移分布云图。在此基础上,选取一些重要参数变量,对单纵臂壳体进行轻量化设计,分析参数对壳体强度的影响。对优化前后的模型进行ADAMS仿真分析,比较车辆优化前后的平顺性。所进行的轻量化设计有效降低了该轮边驱/传动系统的簧下质量。

Design and Lightweight of An Integrated Electric Wheel Drive System for Single Trailing Arm
Abstract:The model of integrated electric wheel drive system with synchronous belt transmission for single trailing arm suspension is established.And the tensioning mechanism for synchronous belt transmission is designed.Efforts are made in this thesis to calculate the shell's stress distribution on maximum vertical force,steering side-slip,maximum driving force and emergency braking working condition.And the equivalent stress and total deformation of the shell is given.Based on the design model and stress analysis,some key variable parameters are selected and the lightweight design of the single trailing arm's shell is conducted.The effect of parameters on the shell strength is analyzed.Also the ADAMS simulation analysis for the non-optimized and optimized model is finished and the ride comfort of the vehicle is compared.Lightweight design conducted in this paper reduces the unsprung mass of wheel drive transmission system effectively.
