基于定子电阻辨识的永磁同步电机磁链估计

摘    要:传统的电压模型进行磁链估计时,由于积分部分的存在,使得较小的直流偏置就能引起积分饱和。在低频情况下,定子电压很小,此时定子电阻的参数变化对磁链估计的影响很大。本文提出了一种对定子电阻进行在线辨识的方法。建立了基于低、高通滤波器级联的综合型磁链估计器,消除了直流偏置的存在和定子电阻参数变化带来的影响,同时进一步提高了磁链估计的准确性和快速性。仿真结果显示,综合型磁链估计器计算出的转矩能够更快更准确地估计出实际转矩。

The Flux Estimation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Stator Resistance Identification
Abstract:As the existence of integral part of the traditional voltage model when estimating stator flux, very small DC offset can cause integral saturation. The stator resistance is very small under the condition of low frequency, so the stator resistance's changes has a great influence on flux estimation. This paper proposes a method for on-line i- dentification of stator resistance and an integrated flux estimator based on low- and high-pass filter. It not only re- duces the impact of the existence of DC offset and stator resistance changes, but also improves the accuracy and quickness of flux estimation. The simulation shows that the torque calculated by flux estimator can estimate the actual torque more accurately and verifies the correctness of the model.
