| Abstract: | Combined with work experiences,the engineering risk before submitting tender was analyzed,the inviting tender file was detail researched,and several tender offer strategies were proposed.The unbalanced offer method was emphasis analyzed,the tender result was illustrated and other important factors except price were pointed. |
