摘    要:采用Carrousel氧化沟工艺对草制浆造纸中段废水进行处理.设计规模为3000m3/d,运行结果显示,该工艺处理效果好,运行稳定.耐冲击负荷能力强,其对CODCr、NH3、SS的去除率分别达到95.6%、93.2%和93.8%.但在实际运行过程中,应注意纤维回收及二沉池设备的选型问题.

Abstract:Carrousel oxidation ditch process is used to treat the mid-wastewater in straw pulping papermaking,with design capacity of 3000m3/d,the operation results revealed that the effect of this process is good,operation is stable,impact-resistant capacity is strong,and removal rate of CODCr,NH3,SS reached 95.6%,93.2% and 93.8% respectively.But in the course of practical operation,the fiber recovery and sculpt selection of the secondary sedimentation tank should be paid attention to.
