| 摘 要： | 北京金融街F10(1)金成大厦工程地上17层,地下5层,建筑面积42168m2,属全现浇框架-剪力墙结构。地下防水设计为"水泥基渗透结晶型防水+抗渗混凝土+水泥基渗透结晶型防水+回填灰土"四道设防。施工中认真组织,精心安排,并由防水材料生产单位技术人员现场指导。经近3年使用,地下室未发现渗漏现象,效果良好。

| Abstract: | Financial Street F10（1） Jincheng Mansion contains 17 floors on ground and 5 floors underground, covering a total building area of 42 168 m2 and belonging to the cast-in-place frame-shear wall structure. Its underground waterproof design adopts four protective layers including ＂cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof ＋ impermeable concrete ＋ cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof ＋ backfill lime soil＂. During construction, careful organization and arrangement are realized and technicians of waterproof material production unit come to the site to provide construction guidance. After near three years＂ use, no penetration and leakage are found in basement and favorable effects are realized. |
