前置氢技术的应用

摘    要:山西焦化集团公司工业锅炉原软化系统再生废液酸采用白云石中和,效果不理想。现采用前置氢技术,将两台氢型离子交换器改装弱酸树脂,并先利用废酸液进行再生。这样氢型离子交换器运行周期大大延长,再生次数减少;废酸液被充分利用,污水排放达标、经济,环境效益显著。

Abstract:Dolomite was used to neutralize the regenerated waste acid. Its effect wasn't good. After the reforms of process and equipment,the pre hydrogen technique has been used. Two hydrogen ion exchangers are now filled with weak acid resin,instead. And,the waste acid is made use of first to regenerate. Thus,the running period of the ion exchangers is getting longer;the times of regeneration is getting less;the waste acid is fully made use of ;the effluent discharge reaches the standard;and the environmental and economic benefit is great.
