庆铁线埋地原油管道沿线土壤腐蚀性评价

摘    要:通过对庆铁线埋地原油管道腐蚀状况及土壤腐蚀性的调查和检测,分析了土壤腐蚀性的相关参数。结果表明,土壤类型、土壤电阻率、土壤氧化-还原电位、土壤含水量、土壤含盐量、土壤pH值、氯离子含量和硫酸根离子含量对庆铁线埋地原油管道的腐蚀起决定性作用;根据贝克曼综合评价指数,确定土壤腐蚀性,评价结果为庆铁线埋地原油管道大部分处于强腐蚀环境介质中。

Abstract:Through investigating and testing corrosion conditions of the Qing-Tie buried crude oil pipeline and soil corrosivity, the relevant parameters of soil corrosivity were analyzed. The results show that the data of the soil type, the soil resistivity, the soil oxidation-reduction potential, the water content, the salt content, the pH valve, the chlofine ion content and the sulfate ion content play a decisive role in the corrosion of the Qing-Tie buried crude oil pipeline;according to Beckman comprehensive evaluation index to cletermine soil corrosivity, the results of the evaluation is that the most of the Qing-Tie buried crude oil pipeline is in strong corrosion environmental medium.
