| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种考虑多层住宅砖混结构－基础－土体共同工作的计算方法。它把基础作为弹性体，把地基土作为弹塑性体，导出该体系共同工作的平衡方程，通过有限元法对体系进行弹塑性分析，从而计算地基沉降、基底反力和基础内力。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a method including interaction between super structure,foundation and soil is presented. The system's equation basing on the presumption that foundation is regarded as elastic model and soil as elastic-plastic model is obtained. By analysis of nonlinear finite element, the settlement, stress of foundation and stress of soil can be worked out. |
