| 摘 要： | "数字化城市"已成为城市建设的必然趋势,就桂林市当前数字化的背景及现状而言,其数字化发展与发达城市相比还存在着相当大的差距.因此,加强网络基础设施建设,构建信息化、透明化的电子政府,建设跨部门、跨行业的信息网络,是"数字桂林"建设的3个具体步骤."数字桂林"对城市规划和城市管理有着的重要影响 ,它能够最大限度地利用城市资源来增强桂林市可持续发展的能力,提供最先进的科学手段,加快桂林市的城市建设步伐.
