摘    要:为了探讨高压瓦斯在泄露过程中的危险性,采用自行设计和搭建的高压瓦斯泄放自燃实验平台,研究了初始压力、下游释放管道直径对高压瓦斯泄漏到空气中时发生自燃的影响.实验观察到2种不同的结果,即成功自燃、未成功自燃.研究结果表明,自燃现象的发生受下游释放管道的直径、长度以及爆破片的破裂方式等方面的影响;在相同实验条件下,使用直径较小的管道要比使用直径较大的管道更容易发生自燃现象.通过降低瓦斯源的初始压力,以及选择合理的泄压方式可以降低高压瓦斯泄漏过程中发生自燃的可能性.

Abstract:The auto-ignition of gas released under high pressure was studied.The effect of upstream pipe length and diameter was examined.The results show that the diameter and length of the pipe releasing the gas is important.In addition the way the break occurs is important.For given conditions,the smaller diameter pipe is more likely to develop spontaneous ignition than the larger one.Reducing the gas pressure and using a more reasonable relief method will reduce the likelihood of spontaneous combustion during the leaking of high pressure gas.This study is relevant to hazards developed from high pressure gas leaks.
