摘    要:为了研究UP6150阴树脂粉末对阀冷系统6063铝合金腐蚀的影响,在(50±1)℃下通电(10 m A直流电流)与不通电情况下进行了6063铝合金浸泡腐蚀试验,200 m L去离子水中加0,6,10 g阴树脂粉末,将6063铝合金浸泡不同天数测定试样腐蚀速率,分析了表面形貌及溶液中离子含量,并进行相关的电化学测试。结果表明:在通电与不通电的情况下,阴树脂粉末均加速6063铝合金腐蚀,阴树脂粉末浓度越大,腐蚀越严重; 50℃时阴树脂粉末分解,生成腐蚀性离子,加速了铝合金的腐蚀;腐蚀产物中含有大量的C、O、Al,还含有少量的N,表明阴树脂分解产物参与腐蚀过程,生成Al N(Al N-R),对铝合金造成腐蚀; 6063铝合金在阴树脂粉末溶液中自腐蚀电位负移,自腐蚀电流密度增大。

Effect of Anion Resin Powder on Corrosion of 6063 Aluminum Alloy in Valve Cooling System at Converter Station

Abstract:In order to study the effect of UP6150 anion resin powder on corrosion of 6063 aluminum alloy in valve cooling system at converter station,the immersion test was carried out for 6063 aluminum alloy at( 50 ± 1) ℃ with and without 10 m A DC current. The solutions were obtained by adding 0,6,10 g anion resin powder in 200 m L deionized water,and the corrosion rates of 6063 aluminum alloy immersed for different days were measured. In addition,the surface morphology and ion content in solution were analyzed, and the corresponding electrochemical measurement was carried out. Results showed that the anion resin powder accelerated the corrosion of the aluminum alloy with or without DC current. Meanwhile,the greater the concentration of the anion resin powder,the more serious the corrosion was. In the process of50 ℃ water bath,the anion resin powder became to decompose and generated corrosive ammonium ions,which accelerated the corrosion of aluminum alloy. Moreover,the corrosion products contained magnanimous C,O,Al and a small amount of N,indicating that the anion resin decomposition participated in the corrosion process,which induced the corrosion of aluminum alloy. In the anion resin powder solution,the corrosion potential of 6063 aluminum alloy decreased and the corrosion current density increased.
