国产涂料在核电汽轮机蒸汽侧应用的可行性研究

摘    要:为了降低核电汽轮机对进口涂料的依赖,通过污染物分析、盐雾试验、紫外老化试验、焊缝强度和硬度测试等研究了国产涂料在核电汽轮机蒸汽侧应用的可行性。结果表明:国产涂料中汞(Hg)、六价铬Cr(VI)、氟(F)、氯(Cl)、硫(S)、砷(As)、亚硝酸根(NO2-)和铅(Pb)的含量均满足限值要求,不会诱发核电汽轮机蒸汽侧部件的应力腐蚀;国产涂料的硬度、冲击强度、附着力、柔韧性和耐热性与进口涂料相当,耐盐雾性和耐紫外老化性能略优于进口涂料;国产涂料对焊接试板硬度、冲击和弯曲性能均无不良影响,在核电汽轮机蒸汽侧应用是可行的。

Abstract:The application feasibility of the domestic coating on the steam side of nuclear power turbine was studied through pollutant analysis,salt spray test,ultraviolet aging test,weld strength measurement and hardness measurement. Results indicated that the contents of mercury,hexavalent chromium,fluorine,chlorine,sulfur,arsenic,nitrite and lead in the domestic coating all met the limit value requirements,and the domestic coating would not induce stress corrosion of steam side components in nuclear power turbines. Furthermore,the hardness,impact,adhesion,flexibility and heat resistance of domestic coating were similar to those of the imported coatings,especially,the properties of salt spray resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance were better in comparison of the imported coating. The domestic coating had no adverse effect on hardness,impact and bending performance of the welded test plate,and therefore it was feasible to apply on the steam side of nuclear power turbine.
