摘    要:地层测试器应用高精度、低温漂的石英压力传感器测量地层流体压力。石英压力传感器使用一段时间之后,测量精度下降,需要重新标定以恢复精度。针对这一问题,调研了多种石英压力传感器标定方法,设计了一种石英压力传感器的全自动标定技术方案,能够对温度低于200℃、压力低于138 MPa环境下的精度±0.02%的石英压力传感器进行全自动标定。分析标定设计、标定结果,讨论了标定系统进一步优化方向。

Abstract:High precision and low temperature bleaching quartz pressure sensor was usually used by the formation tester to measure the fluid pressure of the formation.However,after a period of use,the measurement accuracy of the quartz pressure sensor would decrease,which need to be recalibrated to restore the accuracy.In order to solve this problem,the calibration methods of a variety of quartz pressure sensors were investigated in this paper,and a fully automatic calibration technology scheme for quartz pressure sensors was designed,which can fully calibrate quartz pressure sensors with an accuracy of±0.02%at temperatures below 200℃and pressure below 138 MPa.Finally,the calibration design and calibration results were analyzed,and the direction of further optimization of the calibration system was discussed.
