摘    要:为改善鞍山电网电压质量,提升变电站母线电压调控效率,研究开发了基于OPEN3000平台的自动电压控制系统(简称AVC系统),该系统实现了对所辖变电站的无功补偿设备集中监控和管理,对全网无功和电压进行自动控制。介绍了鞍山电网AVC系统的应用背景、原理构成,并对应用情况和实际效果进行了分析。该系统的应用有效改善了鞍山地区电网的电压合格率,降低了线损率,大大减少人为操作电容器次数,节省大量时间,同时还有效避免了误操作发生。

Abstract:In order to improve the voltage quality of Anshan power grid and voltage control efficiency of substations, an automatic volt- age control system (AVC system) which based on OPEN3000 platform has been developed, realizing centralized monitoring and man- agement of the reactive compensation device of substations and automatic control of the voltage and reactive power optimization. This paper introduces the application background, constitute and principle of Anshan power grid AVC system, and analyzes application and practical effect. The application of AVC system has improved voltage qualification rate and reduced line loss, it also greatly reduces actual switching times of the capacitor and saves a lots of time, and avoid the man-made maloperation effectively.
