青玉米须总黄酮的提取工艺研究

摘    要:优选青玉米中黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件.以芦丁的含量为考察指标,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,采用单因素和正交实验法对玉米须黄酮的提取工艺进行优选.最佳提取工艺条件为青玉米须粗粉加30倍量60%的乙醇,温度80℃,提取时间2h.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from the green corn silk.Method:The single factor test and orthogonal design method were used to optimize extraction process for total flavonoids of the green corn silk with the amount of Rutin as observing index.Conclusion:The optimum condition of the extraction process was that the raw powder of Zea mays L.was combined with 30 folds volume of 60% alcohol solvent,the temperature is at 80℃ and the extraction time is in two hours.
