油田水系统碳酸钙结垢倾向的预测

摘    要:研究了矿化度较高的油田水中,离子强度、高矿化度及其它因素对CaCO3结垢趋势的影响,建立了CaCO3结垢倾向的数学模型和判据,并编制了相应的软件.根据油田现场检测的水质数据,计算结垢指数CI值,即可预测CaCO3结垢倾向.该预测与室内实验及现场检测的结果基本一致.

Abstract:The effects of ion concentration, mineralization degree and other factors in the oil field water on CaCO 3 scaling tendency have been investigated. Methematic model and criterion for scaling tendency have been established. Computer software has been also drown up. The prediction for CaCO 3 scaling tendency can be made according to the water quality data and calculated scaling index Cl value. The prediction is basically in accordance with the experimental results and in\|situ inspected results.
