| 摘 要： | 单官能团改性有机硅柔软剂很难满足不同类型织物、不同风格整理的需要,利用多官能团改性亲水性有机硅柔软剂进行复配,可以满足不同风格要求的织物整理需要。介绍了利用多侧氨基改性的有机硅柔软剂SPS,含有环氧基、聚醚和氨基改性的非离子有机硅柔软剂LGO以及有机硅交联剂LGFEH进行复配,复配柔软剂对棉织物整理后亲水性、白度、手感和回弹性都优于单独的亲水性有机硅柔软剂。所配制复配有机硅柔软剂配比为LGO∶SPS∶LGFEH=7∶14∶2(g/L),其最佳用量为20 g/L。
