| 摘 要： | 介绍了精灵-6型异纤分拣机的结构、作用原理、在纺纱流程中的安装位置及使用状况。由于清棉工序棉流速度差异大,有时识别系统和检测系统无法正常:工作,因此加装了棉流速度控制器,同时,根据原棉品种对分类器进行了预设,防止了误喷现象,取得了较好效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper are introduced the structure,working principle,mounting places and use status of jinling-6 foreign fiber picker.A speed controller to control cotton passing speed in scutch is added to make the identification and detection system work normally to achieve effective picking out of the foreign fibers mixed in different kind of cotton. |
