羊毛与棉或粘胶纤维混纺纱定量分析方法研究

摘    要:由于市售的次氯酸钠溶液不能满足实验条件,会对羊毛与棉、粘胶纤维混纺产品定量分析造成较大误差。使用2.5%氢氧化钠溶液在沸水浴中保持10 min将羊毛从混纺试样中溶解去除的方法很好地解决了这一问题;同时,得到的结果与真值之间的误差小于1%,符合国家标准要求,是羊毛与棉、粘胶纤维混纺定量分析的一种理想方法。

Abstract:The sodium hypochlorite solution sold on the market can't meet the experimental condition and cause greater errors in wool and cotton or Viscose fiber blended product quantitative analysis.To solve this problem effectively,the blended fabric was placed in 2.5% boiled sodium hydroxide solution for 10min to dissolve and remove the wool.Meanwhile,experimental data show that the error against the reality is less than 1% which is with the Chinese standards.This is an ideal way to analyse blended fibre of wool an...
