有纺衬与面料黏合缩率研究

摘    要:除了面料本身会对面料黏合缩率产生影响外,有纺衬的涂层方式、底布原料、面密度3个因素也会造成影响。本实验采用L_4(2~3)正交方案,选择棉、羊毛、涤纶3种常用面料和符合实验条件的4种有纺衬,在规定的条件下测试试样的黏合热缩率和黏合缩水率的变化。实验结果显示,有纺衬的面密度是影响羊毛、涤纶面料的黏合热缩率和黏合缩水率最大的因子。

Abstract:As for the fabric heat adhesion shrinkage,beside the fabric itself,there are three important effecting factors;the coating system,woven substrates composition and weight.In this paper,under the standard conditions,the heat adhesion shrinkage and adhesion washing shrinkage of 3 kinds of fabrics and 4 kinds of fusible woven interiinings were tested through L_4(2~3) orthogonal analysis.The result shows that the face density of woven fusible interlining is the first factor which affects heat adhesion shrinkage ...
