起重机实验台应力计算分析模型

摘    要:用有限元方法,通过I-DEAS软件建立了某型起重机实验台的模型,以确立其结构在不同载荷条件下所承受的应力状态。同时通过对起重机实验台应力的试验值和有限元方法的计算值进行对比,从而评价了有限元模型及实验台模型的正确性。

Abstract:Utilizing the finite element method and by means of I-DEAS software the model of a certain kind of crane test bench was founded in order to establish the stress status born by its structure under different conditions of loading. At the same time through carrying out the contrast of the tested value of stress in crane test bench with the calculated value of finite element method, thereby appraised the correctness of finite element model and of test bench model.
