| 摘 要： | 研究了自行合成的新型抗茵剂壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐的抗茵性能,结果表明,壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐具有水溶性,用量低,抗菌效果好,且在中性或碱性环境中抗茵性能增强,是一种具有良好抗菌性能的高分子抗菌剂.

| Abstract: | The antibacterial activity of new antibacterial agent chitosanguanidine chloride was studied.It was showed that the obtained chitosanguanidine chloride was water soluble and was of good antibacterial effect with low dosage.The antibacterial effect increased with increasing of pH value.The obtained chitosanguanidine chloride was a kind of efficient antibacterial macromolecule. |
