| 摘 要： | 大功率LED有着节能环保、寿命长等特点，特别是近几年，大功率LED的迅猛发展，更是这种优势的具体体现；但是大功率LED的散热问题仍然严重制约着其发展，因此，采用新型热管技术改变大功率LED的散热方式，尽可能地散发LED的热量，对大功率LED的发展有着越来越重要的意义。

| Abstract: | With energy conservation and environmental protection, long life and other characteristics, espe- cially in recent years, the rapid development of high power LED embodies these advantages. However, heat dissipation problems still seriously restricts its development. Therefore we can adopt the new type of heat pipe technology to c which is more hange the way of high power LED heat dissipation and send out the heat as much as possible, and more important significance to the development of high power LED. |
