无线机载瓦斯实时监测系统的开发与应用

摘    要:在现有的KJ2000N安全监控系统的基础上进行功能扩充,采用无线网络通讯技术,将采煤工作面的T0、T1瓦斯传感器所采集到的瓦斯浓度信号实时传送至采煤机处,供给采煤机司机或跟班人员实时掌握采煤工作面的瓦斯变化情况,进而控制采煤机的割煤速度及移架工序。

Abstract:On the base of KJ2000N security monitoring system for function expansion,adopt wireless network communication technology,and made coal mining face T0,T1 gas sensor collected gas concentration signal real-time transmission to the coal mining machine place,supply coal winning machine driver or personnel deterring a real time control of the coal mining face gas changes,and then control coal winning machine cutting coal speed and shift frame process.
