摘    要:针对机车机械师和列车安检员不能够及时发现列车热轴现象问题,本文设计了基于LoRa无线技术的动车组列车轴温监测系统,该系统由采集节点和手持监测终端两部分组成.采集节点能够实时通过温度传感器采集列车轴温的温度,一旦温度过度不正常,即通过基于LoRa无线技术的无线模块发送到手持终端,发出告警信号.此外采集节点还具有自检、低电量提醒等功能.手持终端能够实时接收并显示采集节点发送的轴温信息,并能够将轴温信息写入SD卡进行存储,为研究人员后续的研究提供准确可靠的实验数据.该系统经过大量测试,能够满足列车监测需要.

Abstract:For the phenomenon which locomotive mechanic and the train security officer can't find the train hot axis,the axis temperature monitoring system of EMU train based on LoRa wireless technology is designed in the paper.The system is composed of two parts:the collecting node and the handheld monitoring terminal.The collecting node can collect the temperature of the train axis temperature through the temperature sensor in real time.If the temperature is abnormal,it sends data to the handheld terminal through the wireless module based on LoRa wireless technology.In addition,the collection node also has self-test,low battery reminders and other functions.The handheld terminal can receive and display the axis temperature information sent by the acquisition node in real time,and can write the axis temperature information to the SD card for storage,It provides accurate and reliable experimental data for the follow-up research of the researcher.The system can meet the train monitoring needs.
