摘    要:设计了基于预测控制的人造水晶温度控制系统,该系统选用80C196单片机作为CPU,将PID算法与预测控制算法有机结合,采用分时分段进行控制,着重讨论了预测控制实现的过程.该控制系统已运用于生产现场,通过实际运行,证实该系统性能可靠、安全稳定、控制品质高.

Abstract:Temperature control system of Synthetic Quartz which was based on the predictive control was designed. The single chip processor 80C196 is used as CPU in the system. The PID and predictive control algorithm are used together. In the different periods and steps, different algorithm is used to control the temperature. The process of achieving predictive control is mainly discussed. This control system was applied in the production field. It shows that the system performances is reliable, safety and stable, and have good control effect by practical operation.
