基于特征的阿基米德蜗杆(ZA)的参数化造型设计

摘    要:在对阿基米德蜗杆的加工过程进行分析的基础上,采用Pro/E模拟其机械加工过程的方法,进行蜗杆齿轮段的几何造型和蜗杆轴的三维实体模型和特征模型的构造。并基于Pro/E实现阿基米德蜗杆的参数化造型设计,使设计人员能方便快捷地实现阿基米德蜗杆的三维特征造型设计,从而提高设计效率和精度。

Abstract:Based on analysis the Archimedes worm, using simulation worm manufacture process with Pro/E, three - dimensional Archimedes worm geometry modeling and worm axis solid and feature modeling were achieved. And using Pro/E to realize the parameterized designing of Archimedes worm, which can make the designer achieve the three - dimensional Archimedes worms expediently and swiftly, and improve the designing efficiency and precision.
