烟草风力系统的分析和研究

摘    要:烟草行业中的风力系统主要包括风力浮选和风力输送两大类,风力浮选和风力输送在国民经济的许多行业都有应用,尤其在烟草行业的应用更为广泛,它是烟草物料分级和输送的重要手段。风力浮选和风力输送的一个重要参数是物料的悬浮速度。由于烟草物料(叶片、烟丝、烟梗)的密度小、形状复杂,若等效为球体以当量直径来处理,势必会引起较大的误差。本文力求结合烟草行业和烟草的特点,较为详细地探讨烟草物料在垂直管道中的悬浮速度问题,进而确定风力浮选和风力输送的速度。

Study on the Wind-power System in Cigarette Making Industry
Abstract:The method that raw material is classified or transported by wind-power system is widely used in many industries of nation economy, especially in cigarette making industry .The raw material of cigarette making such as tobacco (including leaf tobacco and pipe tobacco and so on) is mainly classified by air flow and transported by wind-power, The main problem of this method is floated velocity of tobacco. For being low density and complicated shape, tobacco is not treated as epuivalent spheroid in studing on the floated velocity by air, otherwise there is much error.Colnbining with the characteristics of tobacco and cigarette making industry, in this Paper, the problem of float velocity of tobacco in vertical tube is carefully analysized, classified and transported velocity of tobacco is given based on tile floated velocity.
