| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法测定40%多菌灵·硫磺·三环唑悬浮剂中多菌灵和三环唑的含量。本方法在SperisorbODSII柱上,采用甲醇+水(70+30)为流动相,检测波长为245nm的操作条件,并应用外标法进行定量检测。回收率均在98%￣102%之间。

| Abstract: | High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the amount of carbendazim and tricyclazole in a 40% carbendazim plus sulfur plus tricyclazole suspension concentrate. A Sperisorb ODS II column was used with 70% methanol as the mobile phase, UV detection at 245 nm, and an external standard. Recovery ranged from 98 to 102%. |
