摘    要:内蒙古某磷矿为变质型磷矿石,品位(P_2O_5)15.94%,主要杂质元素SiO2,含量31.97%。磷矿物主要为磷灰石,少量胶磷矿;脉石矿物主要有石英、云母。根据该磷矿石的矿石性质,进行了浮选试验研究。采用碳酸钠为矿浆pH调整剂,水玻璃为脉石矿物抑制剂,油酸钠为含磷矿物捕收剂,可以实现磷的有效回收。在条件试验及开路试验的基础上进行了一次粗选、二次精选小型闭路试验,可获得磷精矿品位(P_2O_5)30.21%,回收率(P2O5)70.81%的选别指标。

Abstract:A phosphate rock in Inner Mongolia is a metamorphic phosphate rock with a grade (P2O5) of 15.94% and a main impurity element of SiO2 with a content of 31.97%. Phosphorus minerals are mainly apatite, a small amount of colloidal phosphate; gangue minerals are mainly include quartz and mica. According to the properties of the phosphate ore, the flotation test study was carried out. The effective recovery of phosphorus can be achieved by using sodium carbonate as slurry pH regulator, sodium silicate as gangue mineral inhibitor and sodium oleate as phosphate mineral collector. On the basis of the condition test and the open circuit test, a coarse and two fine small closed circuit test was carried out, and the separation indexes of phosphate concentrate grade (P2O5) 30.21% and recovery rate (P2O5) 70.81% were obtained.
