提高难选氧化铜矿选矿回收率试验研究

摘    要:某难选氧化铜矿含铜4.70%,氧化率达到84.89%。铜矿物以孔雀石、辉铜矿和硅孔雀石为主。通过实验室试验浮选药剂制度与工艺的优化,氧化铜精矿品位从22.69%变为22.66%,铜回收率从63.78%提高至68.81%。铜矿回收率得到了较大提高。针对现有生产流程进一步进行了药剂制度及工艺流程的优化,优化后在总浮选精矿品位相差不大的情况下,铜总回收率从76.17%提高到了81.57%。

Abstract:The grade of copper in a refractory copper oxide ore is 4.7%, the oxidation rate is 84.89%. Copper minerals are mainly malachite and chalcocite, chrysocolla. Through optimization of flotation reagent system and process by laboratory tests, the grade of copper oxide concentrate has changed from 22.69% to 22.62%, and the recovery has increased from 63.78% to 68.81%. The crcovery rate of copper ore has been greatly improved. After the reagent system and process flow has been further optimized in view of the existing production process. The recovery rate increased from 76.16% to 81.57% when the total flotation concentrate grade was not very different.
